What is the process?
Every order is carefully curated through our fun, glitter-filled system.
There are 42 glitter-filled lucky charms, each hidden inside scrolls that correspond to a unique premium product, for example, a purple glitter-filled lucky charm might reveal a Hemp Exfoliation & Cotton Wash Set.
Some scrolls contain extra special surprises:
Lucky Ladybug - Reveal a Lucky Ladybug and you’ll receive not one, but two premium lucky charm products, plus our exclusive ladybug gift bag. Limited to one ladybug gift bag per order.
Mystery Gold Letters - Collect the hidden gold letters to spell L-U-C-K-Y and you’ll win a lucky pouch, plus a golden scratch ticket valued at over $15. Limited to one prize per order.
Pink Heart Gemstone - Reveal a Pink Heart Gemstone to unlock a lucky charm pick, allowing us to choose your favourite things or must have items.
Lucky Dips - There are 22 Pink Lucky Dip Balls, each hiding a quality, unique item, that are chosen completely at random, as part of each collection.
Treasures - Elevate your collection with one of our exclusive treasures. Mystery Treasures are selected through our fun number reveal system. Simply choose a number between 1 and 6, and your Mystery Treasure will be revealed with your order. Please provide your number selection in the ‘Special Instructions’ section at checkout. Luxury Treasures are chosen by you and include: Designer Perfume, Designer Shoulder Bag, Large Stylish Water Resistant Beach Bag, Handmade Acacia Wood Charcuterie Board with Handle or 16oz Glitter Snow Globe Tumbler by Petal & Pip Design Co. Lucky Spin - Add a Lucky Spin to your order for an extra touch of excitement. Your prize will be revealed with your collection. Possible prizes range in value from $15-$40 and include: 2 Premium Lucky Charm Products, 3 Lucky Dip Balls, a $25 Gift Voucher or 1 Luxury Treasure. Styles and designs of Luxury Treasures vary. The Lucky Charm Co. will contact you to confirm available options. Limited to one lucky spin per order. Please Note: Due to TikTok’s community guidelines and platform restrictions, we’re unable to film Lucky Spins. However, we’ll happily record your Lucky Spin separately and send the video directly to you. Please let us know in the ‘Special Instructions’ section at checkout if you'd like us to do this.

Can I request a colour theme?
Yes! Selecting a colour theme adds another layer of excitement, making your surprise collection even more fun & personalised.
Colour themes include:
Coastal Calm - blues, neutrals, white
Sage & Stone - soft greens & beiges
Cotton Candy Sky - pink, blue & purple
Retro Sunset - oranges, yellows & reds
After Dark - black, shadowy blues
Sparkle Party - shimmer shades
Please choose two different colour themes, and we’ll do our best to match your products to your selected colours.
What is the order policy?
To order, please make your selection, including your preferred colour themes, gold or silver jewellery finish, your favourite things or must-have items and up to three premium lucky charm products you’d like excluded. If you wish, include a lucky spin or one of our exclusive treasures.
Please provide further personalisation requests in the ‘special instructions’ section at checkout, such as your mystery treasure number, if your order is a gift for someone special or if you’d prefer not to have your order featured in a TikTok video.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

What is the shipping, return & refund policy?
Shipping Policy:
Shipping destinations are limited to Australia.
Standard shipping rates apply.
Orders ship from Brisbane, QLD, Australia.
If tracking is available, the tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
After your order has been processed, please allow 2-6 business days for delivery.
Please ensure your address and telephone number are correct to avoid any delivery issues.
The Lucky Charm Co. is not liable for stolen, lost or delayed goods once your order has shipped.
Return & Refund Policy:
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on personal preference, change of mind or individual expectations.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email info@theluckycharmco.com with your order number and clear photos. If legitimate, we will replace the item ASAP or offer a refund for the particular item.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
